As a developer, I care about the impact of the things I build. This may be the positive and negative effects, although I do try my best to ensure they are positive, people's opinions and previous experiences can be different. Although I do want to significantly improve the support and accessibility for other people in life, which I can do one step at a time by developing things that are useful and accessible to as many people as possible. I also want to help others learn and grow through sharing my knowledge.
I love not only showing myself how technology can be good, but also showing others, including the older generations which may not be as familiar with technology, how it can be used to make life easier and more accessible for everyone.
I help sharing my knowledge with other people to help them learn and grow to become better at what they do and help them to share other knowledge with other people which will help a larger community of people.
As a developer, I want to give back to the people who have helped me come a long way and relay the information they have given me to other people who want to learn and grow the same as me. Furthermore, I would like to help others who require support and guide them in the correct direction to help them achieve their goals and aspirations in their development career.
For me, a community isn't about having all the answers. It's about being willing to help, learn from others and leave things a little better than we found them.
